Sick and tired of explaining for the past 5 years that this is a HH adopted amenity area. Attaching evidence showing it as such on the road adoption plan. Please stop deleting this reports and closing them without any correspondence. Myself and others have reported this at least three times and you keep deleting them saying they aren’t part of adopted arrangements.

ALL HH adopted lights in this area are offline. All lights on footbridge and foot ramp/steps and all street lights in paved alcove area. This is a health and safety risk
