Small Bollard in road where old cycle lane was

Sent to Liverpool City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8491374.

The old cycle lane the posts have been removed but there is a small black bollard on the floor and a car had just hit it and lost control so needs to be removed as small to the ground

Needs urgent response before further accident happens

Not sure why the council removes the cycle lane posts but leaves a small bollard on the floor to cause accidents on a busy highway
