Emptying of Bins

Sent to Liverpool City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8488560.

The bin men are missing bins on an almost weekly basis recently. This is causing a pest infestation. The council are not responding to request empty missed bins despite being on our backs if we miss a council tax payment. I also have an official assistance request Im place because of my disability.
