Verge has been planted on highways land

After a meeting today on site with three of your colleagues, verge next to me which belongs to the highway has been over planted and is blocking my visual display from the my drive
In order to access my drive my car needs to stand out into the middle of the road and will cause a accident as discussed with your colleagues today
The new verge has been over planted and it growing into the road
I have complained about this over the last two years and no one has done anything about it
Please advise me if you can sort if not I will consult our solicitor

I reported this over a year ago and sill not sorted even after a meeting on site with 3 high ways staff that told me they would deal with it

In answer to your question, I keep replying to this and here we go again no the problem is still with us and fix my Street have done absolutely nothing about it at all

HI fixed my Street
May I express my totally disappointed in this system I have been complaining about this now for many many months and had meetings on site with the highways department and the council and yet again I find myself replying to you as you have done absolutely nothing about it
This is a health and safety issue and a accident waiting to happen, due to there being three near misses
I hold the highways And the council department total responsible for this issue and I am hoping you will one day do something about it
Because God forbid if there is a fatality here I will hold you both responsible, and will take you to the highest court in the land
