Broken and uneven accessible crossing point slabs
Reported via mobile in the Footways and Pavement damage category anonymously at 15:59, Mon 1 December 2025 using FixMyStreet Pro

The bumpy slabs to indicate a crossing point over Spring Road at the entrance to Abingdon Kitchens and Bathrooms are damaged and getting worse. The damage has noticeably worsened over just the past month. The whole of this crossing point is uneven and slopes dangerously into the road at a very busy junction. This whole area of pavement/pedestrian safety needs addressing as there is not enough space for buses /coaches to turn in and this is adding to the damage. Any wheelchair/mobility aid/pushchair users are in serious danger of being tipped into the road.
