Continuing problem due to blocked drain

This has been an issue for a number of years. The drain appears to be fully blocked, although the water eventually drains slowly after heavy rain ceases. This is directly opposite Ysgol Creigiau and presents a problem, particularly during school start and finish times. Having previously reported the problem, I feel it is time that the issue should be dealt with. Thank you
