Parking on a school street without a bluebadge or permit

People are parking all over the street and on pavements, to collect their children and the parking is restricted to only residents and people with blue badges and they do not have a badge and are residents. The drive very fast and park on the pavements and it the keep clear parts, making it dangerous for children walking as often they have to walk in the road, especially prams. It is an ongoing problem and when the traffic warden comes they drive off and come back when he's gone. One parent laughed before because he waited for her and she didn't get a ticket. There is supposed to be no parking so they should get an automatic fine.

    This car is always parked outside the school and has almost knocked several kids over yet no one is doing anything about it. Ive reported to the school several times
