Loud banging

There is a even manhole cover that is banging twice everything a car moves over it so constantly all day and night

    The grid belongs to Virgin Media, who have been informed in August but have still done nothing about it, leaving people to suffer for 4 months!!!! The council have issued legal proceedings!

  • The grids are owned by virgin media there are 2 of them in the same street banging constantly every car.. they have been contacted by numerous residents and the council and have failed to repair, council states it now has taken legal proceedings.. what a disgraceful company I will never buy any of their products ever again ruined Xmas and everyone life in this neighborhood
