Abandoned van with no MOT

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8474409.

This van has been left parked in Shelley Close for several weeks. It's taxed till 2026 but the MOT has expired.

We've had several abandoned vehicles either on Shelley Close or Hudds Vale Road at the bottom of our street - can you check if there are any common factors please?
