Uncontrolled water from carwash on bike lane

Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8473883.

Water from the carwash persistently floods the bike lane on Scotland Street. I think the car wash tried to fill a rut/hole with tarmac which is now an added hazard on the bike lane. Annoying all the time, lethal when it freezes.
