Abandoned barriers in ditch

Sent to Gloucestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8473525.

At least 2 half-height barriers in the ditch on left hand side of Kidnapper's lane just after you enter from Farm Lane. Don't appear to belong to the housing contractors as they have their own full-height fencing and the abandoned barriers are on the public/school side of the fencing
