Severe Flooding

Sent to Norfolk County Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 847065.

Flooding caused by blocked gullies. Road flooded right across. Excess water flows to nearby pond. Pond is also overwhelmed by another pond overflowing and this overflows and water drains into nearby properties. This is the fourth time this has happened in last week. Previously only other occurence was about 20 years ago
