Light has been fixed but is still sometimes off

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8470046.

Since it was fixed, the light has mostly been on, but tonight at 9.40 it was flickering, and then off again. But back on again by 10 pm.
