Blocking road side parking with wheelie bins

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8468947.

2 wheelie bins have been used to block a large space for a car to park, it happens frequently on the stretch of bath road from between King's road and Queen's road. It's been happening for around 6 months.
