The gentleman keeps parking on the bend but back end of car sticking out in the road .which results in people coming round the bend an struggling to get past him i leave my house to go work as I live up the top in culdesac an have to go so slow down the road as he's blocking people's views it's very dangerous an to top it off he's a police officer!!!
