Lazy removal of road closure sign
Reported via mobile in the Traffic Signs category by Martin Hamer at 06:57, Wed 26 November 2025 using FixMyStreet Pro
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8465629.
The road to Ascot has been open for two weeks but a large sign still says that it is closed. This causes confusion and congestion on the footpath.

This has gone on too long now. I thought the road closure sign had been removed some weeks ago but I realise some frustrated pedestrian has just pushed it over. Disappointing.
