Sent to Liverpool City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8465104.

Robarts Road is extremely busy with vehicles some aren’t road worthy including a towing caravan that hasn’t moved in over 3 years resulting in residents placing cones and even chairs ! outside properties to protect what they believe to be their designated parking place - this is illegal and has been reported previous directly to the council to no avail These residents are now trying to be intimidating when parking it. Can someone please do something about this as it’s becoming impossible
