Unfinished tarmacking around manhole cover after resurfacing of road.

Pothole, caused by unfinished manhole cover tarmacking, in middle of road outside 156 Waverley Road. Even though this is in the middle of the road, cars still have to swerve to go around it and it is also a hazard to speeding cyclists going downhill, especially in the dark evenings.
