Manhole cover not finished properly around with tarmac after the road was resurfaced.

Pothole, caused by unfinished manhole cover tarmacking, in middle of road outside 82 Waverley Road. Even though this is in the middle of the road, cars still have to swerve to go around it and it is also a hazard to speeding cyclists going downhill, especially in the dark evenings.
