Sent to Newport Council 2 minutes later
The trees and hedges are over growing the pavements along the main Ponthir Road from Caerleon to Ponthir. The main problem is along the pavements on both sides of the road, near the entrance to Forge Close, and at the railway bridge just before the entrance to the Star industrial estate. It is dangerous for pedestrians,as in some places you have to step into the road, and it is avery busy road.

Newport council no longer seem to want to solve any problems that the public might report. These hedgerows are quite a considerable problem for people taller than around 5 foot .Newport council keep increasing the council tax every year yet tax payers receive less and less services every year.
