Wooden safety fence needs replacing

The remains of the previous old timber safety fence are in the stream after a vehicle drove through it and landed in the stream below the road. It needs replacing and the old one plus bits of car plastic removing from the stream. Photo of the new safety barriar on the opposite side attached.
