Abandoned untaxed car blocking the pavement

This Smart car was dumped here two weeks ago with the person concerned taking a photo as he left. DT16 FXE is untaxed and blocking the pavement to the elderly and children with disabilities that live in the area. This is a regular problem particularly in The Knoll, Chertsey where either trades people or parking scams are taking place.

Updates

  • This untaxed car is still there after almost a month and being there is encouraging other vehicles to park around or near it. This is either a local car dealer useing the roads here as free long term parking or a airport parking scam.
