Block drains for nearly 10 years
Reported via desktop in the Blocked Drain category anonymously at 10:04, Mon 24 November 2025
Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8456587.
Everytime we get a large amount of rain these gullies overflow. This has been a problem for years and years. Probably at least 10 if not more. There is clearly something wrong with the sewer system so I suggest working with the Thames Water to iron out what is causing it and fix it!

This is really unacceptable. It's a danger to traffic and pedestrians. A proper solution needs to be come up with on this junctions because let's face it.... rain is only going to get worse in the coming years. If this is Thames Water's fault then put pressure on them to sort it out properly. We pay enough money to them

Not fixed. Nowhere near fixed. The entire corner of St George's Road BR3 at the junction with Bromley Road is flooded. Danger to traffic and pedestrians. It's right by the school. The pavement is flooding now. Please sort this. Years and years of this. Go there right now and you'll see.

Thanks for your patience with this issue. Our contractors have cleaned the gullies and reported them as operational. Thames Water have confirmed that they have cleared silt and debris from the mainline sewer and that it is now clear.
This report will now be closed.
