A big yellow bag with house rubbish, plus wooden fencing and gate dumped in Stronnell Close, Luton over the weekend, on right side of close from Turners Road North,Luton. Needs re moving asap.Partly on road and path..

  • Peabody Estates van turned up last week, took a few items of rubbish, but yellow bag and rubbish still on path in Stronnell Close. NO sign of any LBC van removing the rubbish,etc
