Footpath Level Deteriorated Causing Damage
Reported via desktop in the Slabs - Uneven / Damaged / Cracked category anonymously at 20:16, Sun 23 November 2025
Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8455300.
The footpath has become uneven over the years, due to the top gravel layer wearing away in areas. One area is where the driveway ajoins the footpath, there is now a drop between the footpath and the drive causing the front bumper to catch and scratch the paint. This needs repairing as it is continuing to cause damage. It may not meet normal requirements for a ‘pothole’ or similar, but this deterioration is causing new damage to vehicles on a regular basis and needs reviewing please.
