Van and motorcycle parked in bus/bicycle

For at least a week there has been a van and a motorcycle parked in this key bus lane. It is very dangerous as it means buses have to cross the solid white line into oncoming traffic lane. Bicycles have to confront oncoming traffic when they swerve around van and bike. It is a red route so no vehicles should be parked or loading here. Please enforce strictly.
