Parked on restricted yellow lines – Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, s. 5 and Peterborough City Council Traffic Management Order 2019, Sch. 3, para. 4; Obstructive parking across a vehicle crossover – TMO 2019, Sch. 4, para. 6 (no exemption for residents); Unnecessary obstruction of the highway – Highways Act 1980, s. 137; Parking on the footway – TMO 2019, Sch. 5, para. 2 (footway parking ban in Peterborough). One of the vans has an A4-size handwritten,,AMAZON,, label in the window from inside the car to escape from the fines.
