Footpath and front gardens tarmaced with no drainage

Halsbury Road is in a risk area for flash flooding. Two houses have just tarmaced over front gardens for off street parking. No drainage has been installed and during recent heavy rain water has been pouring off into the street. This is not permeable tarmac. Houses 24 and 26.

Another similar off-street parking space has been created further down Halsbury Road, with no boundary drainage and non-porous surface (rear of 158 Coldharbour Road).
