Missing wooden barrier and uneven path

As you can see from the attached images. The wooden barrier to stop the children near the school just running into the road.

In the same area the tarmac is so undulating it’s a trip hazard.

  • This missing barrier is a hazard as a neighbour who is blind uses the barrier as a navigation aid, it shows him he is about to cross Edington Road. It has been broken for at least 6 weeks

  • This issue has been highlighted and forwarded by Witney Town Council today to the Highways Dept with the request that the Highways Assets Response Team (HART) review and bring about a resolution.
