Damaged verge at corner of Nutcote and High Street Naseby has exposed utility boxes

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8452318.

Corners of a concrete BT box and Water valve chamber are projecting putting turning vehicle tyres and vehicles at risk. A lengthy of TRIEF kerb is suggested to protect utility boxes and to improve road safety. BT box was struck approx one month ago and cover had to be replaced.

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found) - Thank you for your enquiry. A Community Steward has assessed the location we can confirm that the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 3 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 28 days. Our current average response time for a Priority 3 repair is 12 days.

  • Hit again by lorry. Now cover dislodged. Having to contact BT to refit cover and check for damage to wiring.
