• Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 3 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 28 days.

Recent weather events have required us to reprioritise other essential works, which has unfortunately caused a knock-on delay to this activity. We are now rescheduling these works as a priority and will update the report with revised timescales within the next 7 days.

• Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Work Completed - Thank you for your enquiry. Our crews attended side and cleaned and jet two of the reported gullies with one further to be complete but this is requiring a new manhole lid cover, works have been programmed for this to be complete. Whilst on site the crew dug out the mud back towards the culvert. We will continue to monitor this location.
