Blocked drain in cromwell road St George Bristol

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8451977.
This was reported several months ago on this site, and the blocked drain is now full of plastic and other litter. It is on the corrner of Kensington road BS5 7NB and cromwell road. It has still not been cleared despite being told that contractors had been alerted to this issue. Please also note that cars and other vehicles park over the drain cover so it will need to be cordoned off before the drain cover is removed or replaced.
