Christmas lights not working

Big banner light by Picnic not working. Light on lamppost outside Sainsbury's not working.

There are plenty more but I get fed up of reporting on this stuff.

It would be great if someone from the council could walk through town one afternoon and check that the street lights and Christmas lights are on instead of relying on residents to report them. One hour's work to get everything looking tip top doesn't sound like too much to ask.
