Curb stone sticking out into road near pavement by tree

In between number 59 & 61 Clive Road EN1 the tree in the pavement has pushed the curb stone out a significant amount & has caused damage to my car wheel whilst parking.

This should really be fixed as its liable to cause damage to other people's cars too & will only get worse.
