Flooding - none sweeping of lane therefore blocked drains and grids.

Flooding of lane by surface water from Stadmorslow/Holly/& Long Lane - Lanes’ running down to flood Stadmorslow Lane due to none cleaning of surface water gulleys’ and the drain lines serving these. This work is not carried out by the County Council or the Borough Council and causes a severe safety hazard causing the lane to flood and freeze over in winter with low temperatures. No preventive maintenance measures are carried out to minimise the hazard and any works carried out are practically non existent! This has been present for many years with the County Council well aware of thr issue. The issue was initially raised in 2011 and each year is getting progressively worse.
