Lack of tactile warning paving to cross Garrard St - dangerous for people with sight loss

Reported via iOS in the Pavements/footpaths category anonymously at 17:17, Thu 20 November 2025

Sent to Reading Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8445400.

There is no tactile paving either side of Garrard St for travellers with sight loss travelling North or South on Station Rd. Blister warning surface of 800 mm depth and 1800-2400mm wide (uncontrolled buff colour) should be applied to this opening to warn blind travellers they have entered into the side road of Garrard St with moving taxis constantly exiting.
