Potholes and flooded road

Sent to Aberdeenshire Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 844351.

The drain maintained by the council is blocked - they are already aware of this - resulting in water overflowing the road rather than draining away. Potholes are not visible due to the standing water.
