This is a turning space in a very narrow road

I spoke to this person explaining that it's not parking it's a turning space as you can see driveway is empty ! They leave the car there for days at a time making turning very difficult also making coming from driveways harder recently an ambulance couldn't turn and had to keep manoeuvring to get close enough to the house where the person had passed away in this instance the owner of the car was on holiday car was left there for a week attempts from residents has been met with rudeness and i quote first come first served !
