Persistant problem parking

Reported via Android in the Car parking category anonymously at 23:01, Wed 19 November 2025

Sent to Cardiff Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8441784.

Businesses are using the public road to sell their cars. They are parking them mounted on the pavement and also on the grass verges. You've previously ticketed some of these cars, for them to be replaced work more cars for sale days later.

This is surely illegal under the Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005, which says that it is an offence for a person to park two or more motor vehicles within 500 metres of each other on a road or roads where they are exposed or advertised for sale.

Not to mention parking destroying the grass verges constantly.

Please do something about this nuisance.
