Dangerous mix of rubbish and leaves throughout the street and pavement. We have not seen a cleaner in months! We cannot use the wheelchair as it is unsafe and totally disgusting to walk on this street. It is becoming a public health &safety issue. We have already slept a few times. CLEAN OUR STREETS!!
