Road covered in debris

Sent to Halton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8437278.

As you walk down Red Brow Lane, there are excessive amounts of debris, bits of fallen branches and thick mud. It gets worse as you walk under the bridge. The area needs clearing to prevent slips/trips. This is particularly treacherous early morning and evening as there are no street lights in this area.
