• We have investigated this report and found the vehicle to be taxed; a taxed vehicle is a strong indicator of an interested party and therefore the vehicle is not considered to be abandoned at this time and no further action will be taken. You can check the tax status of a vehicle online via: https://www.gov.uk/ check-vehicle-tax. Insurance or MOT issues should be directed to the Police as Bromley do not have the statutory powers to deal with this type of offence.

• The car is untaxed. It has an MOT but no tax. The vehicle has recently been hit by another vehicle and the offside rear wheel is on the pavement partially blocking the footpath which is dangerous for pedestrians particularly in the current frozen conditions

• The vehicle registration SL11 DFG is currently showing as fully taxed and MOT'ed with the DVLA.
