Street light is permanently out problem

I am unable to report a street light that is not working via fix my street, because its location is not accepted. As I am a director of [BUSINESS NAME] I am able to confirm that the roads and the footpaths at GL2 8FE have been adopted by GCC but it appears that fix my street does not reflect this yet. GCC HIGHWAYS are therefore responsible for the street lighting on this development.
The location of the street light is on the public footpath running along the north side of 6 Cherry Blossom Close, Highnam, Gloucester, GL2 8FE. It is very dark walking along there at night and it poses a danger and hazard to public safety.
Please let the relevant department know that this street light is not working so that it can be rectified. I would be grateful if I can be advised that my report has been successfully submitted and that in due course the light will be repaired.
