Dog users

You’re building massive housing estates and not providing people anywhere to walk. More and more people are getting dogs yet limited fields or footpaths around. Why is this park completely redundant from use? It’s a complete waste. Why cannot you section of a size of it and make it a secured area for people to exercise there dogs on and put dog agility bits up? Dogs can be let off their leads and play there, it contains dog fouling (bins provided) and allowed dogs to socialise and exercise whilst using a space which is currently redundant
