Traffic light timing is very poor at certain times of day

Sent to Reading Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8431984.

The traffic light timing at this junction is horrendous, it is also not synced with the day light saving so even at 7.30 pm at night there a half mile que whilst all the other roads around it are empty. Seems like there is no smart traffic system on this junction either. Considering its one of the busiest roads in Reading this need to be fixed been like this for years and no fix.
