Parking on the pavement at 9:11am two vehicles from Enfield council blocking up the pavement in roman way in photo one and in photo numbers two the same two vehicles Parking on the pavement in main avenue at 9:35 am Enfield council stuff should know better than that 😡😡😡 but I haven't get a photo of the other vehicle from Enfield council as they was both parked right in front of one another
