Overgrown tree blocking streetlight

The streetlight is completely blocked by the tree from the neighbouring property which means it is very dark in this area at night

  • The street light outside the houae next to WODC council offices is blocked by the high hedge. The street light has no 1 on it. I have reported before but you said not to do with you. The road is very dark and i tripped over yesterday when walking along there at 7.30pm as ypu cannot see. Please can this be addressed and hedge cut down to unblock the light. The house is on the market as the owner in a home according to a neighbour. I nearly gor ran over lasy year cause some one mounted the pavement in the rain as too impatient to wait. I managed to get out the way but if it was lit properly the driver would have seen me.
