In passable pavement

The trees and shrubs are extremely overgrown along the majority of the pavement on the left hand side of Park road heading towards A4 Portway. As you can see from attached photos it is impossible to walk on the pavement, vehicles park on the kerb and the shrubs are growing over the pavement meaning there is no usable part of the pavement clear for pedestrians.
