The area is never cleaned somone could have s bad fall the bridge is just as bad uneven surface puddles doubt a spirit level of any kind used or maybe they have bad eyesight. The drain at the bottom before the bridge is always blocked completd eye sore. Its been cleaned before why not now when weather is bad
