Dangerous parking near junction

Large vans have been parking on Heywood Avenue within a few meters of the junction with Heywood Road over recent months at night and weekends. I have had two near misses over the weekend whilst trying to pass them to get out of Heywood Avenue with cars turning in to the road as it is impossible to see what is coming until you turn in. An accident waiting to happen. There are several large vans that regularly clog up Heywood Road at night/weekends, but parking so close to a junction here is a dangerous obstruction.
